WP Leaders

For each work package, a work package leader (WPL) has been identified, according to technical and organisational skills. Each work package leader is responsible for the implementation of their work package. The WPL also insures that deliverables are being produced with the appropriate quality, on time and to budget.

The WPL will monitor the day-to-day work and report periodically to the Management Team and the Advisory Board.

WPL will be responsible for all activities and deliverables to be achieved within its WP; report and discuss all problems encountered and achievements with the PC, as well as with the respective CPs according to the plan of activities.
