Management Team
Role
The management Team is controlling all budgetary issues during regular meetings every two months at SFI. After each meeting, a financial note will be issued on the intranet.
Memebers
The management Team consists of Project Coordinator, deputy of Project Coordinator and Financial Manager.
Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is Prof. Dr. Hojka Kraigher. The Project coordinator (PC): overlooks the project activities, deliverables and reporting, organizes Advisory Board meetings, moderates contacts between leaders of SFI departments, CPs and WP leaders and the project management structure.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall responsibility on the project management, technical follow-up, prepare and maintain the project planning and will track progress regularly, and will assume the relations between the European Commission and the Advisory Board. She will be responsible for the transmission of the contractual documentation to the Commission.
During the secondemnts abroad the tasks of PC are handled by deputy PC. The deputy PC is Dr. Primož Simončič.
Financial Manager
The Financial Manager (FM) is Nataša Milenković. The FM supervise expenses and prepare the financial reports, guarantee that financial means of the project are used legitimately and in accordance with the budget, as well as with FP7 guidelines and legislation and regulations of the EU. FM will inform the PC about any problem identified and propose contingency plans. The FM will deal with the financial reporting on the consolidated report every year and will also manage the two financial audits (M19 and M42).
