Publishing

The publishing centre Silva Slovenica will be boosted through actions which will significantly increase SFI’s visibility within the ERA and EuFoRIA (European Forest Research and Innovation Area).

Innovation and IP management

IP and innovation officer, a senior scientist, will be recruited to implement new strategic innovation and IP management planning at SFI by providing training, patenting and promotion.

Networking

Scientific networking will be carried out through three small-to-medium sized scientific conferences with international participation and one large well-publicised international conference, towards the end of the project, as well as through attendance at significant international events (conferences, COST actions, cluster meetings), and an intensified regional scientific consolidation.
